The East Bay Recorder Society (EBRS) is an association of recorder enthusiasts in the San Francisco Bay area. Recorder players from beginning to advanced levels are invited to join, to play music together and to learn more about the recorder with a different professional conductor each month (September-May or June). Please go to our "Join Us!" page for our membership form. But if you wish to attend for a first time as a non-member, it is free (wiith a $10 charge for addtional monthly meetings thereafter until you join). The East Bay Recorder Society makes this work available to the recorder community in commemoration of Eileen Hadidian. It may be used freely for any non-commercial purpose. This compilation of accessible music for amateur ensembles includes duets, trios, quartets and a quintet drawn from a wide variety of public domain sources, selected, edited and arranged by Eileen Hadidian. Frances Feldon, Richard Geisler and Fred Palmer also contributed arrangements to the book. The music comes from different cultural traditions and time periods, including Medieval, Renaissance and Baroque, American folk and spirituals, Celtic tunes.
